Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy
Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) is a gentle, non-invasive treatment that supports your body at a deeper level.During your session, you relax in a comfortable, pressurised chamber while breathing oxygen through a mask. The increased pressure allows more oxygen to dissolve into your bloodstream, supporting energy, recovery, and overall wellbeing.

Which chamber should I choose?
1.5 ATA — Flexible & Frequent
A popular choice for regular and frequent sessions, with greater appointment availability and our most accessible membership options.Mixed Pressure — Recommended for ongoing programmes
Combines regular 1.5 ATA sessions with selected 2.0 ATA sessions. This allows pressure to be varied across a programme rather than assuming every session should be at the highest pressure.2.0 ATA — Premium Hardshell
Our higher-pressure hardshell chamber. Availability is more limited, particularly during peak hours, and memberships are priced accordingly.Higher pressure isn't automatically better. The appropriate pressure, frequency and programme depend on your individual circumstances and goals. If you're unsure, speak to us before booking.
What is Mixed Pressure?
Mixed Pressure combines sessions at 1.5 ATA with selected sessions in our 2.0 ATA hardshell chamber.Rather than using the same pressure for every visit, it provides access to both chamber types across your programme. Our Mixed Pressure memberships are designed around regular use of the more flexible 1.5 ATA chambers, with up to four 2.0 ATA sessions per four-week period included. This is our recommended option for many longer-term HBOT programmes and helps provide a balance of regularity, flexibility and access to our premium hardshell chamber.Mixed Pressure does not mean that every fourth session must be at 2.0 ATA. How the included 2.0 ATA sessions are used can be discussed with us based on your programme and goals.
Recovery Room vs Full Stack
Both combine multiple therapies in one programme, but the HBOT experience is different.Recovery Room — 1.5 ATA + Red Light Panel + PEMF
Our private multi-therapy room combines 1.5 ATA HBOT with red light and PEMF. A good choice for those wanting a broader recovery and wellness routine while keeping HBOT at 1.5 ATA.Full Stack — Mixed-Pressure HBOT + Full-Body Red Light + PEMF
Our flagship multi-therapy programme. Full Stack combines Mixed Pressure HBOT — regular 1.5 ATA with selected 2.0 ATA sessions — alongside our full-body Red Light Bed and PEMF.Choose Recovery Room if you want a convenient multi-therapy programme centred around 1.5 ATA.Choose Full Stack if you want our broadest programme, incorporating both chamber pressures alongside full-body red light and PEMF.

Frequently asked questions
HBOT
| Question | Answer |
|---|---|
| Is HBOT safe? | Yes. HBOT is widely used in hospitals and wellness clinics worldwide. Side effects are rare and usually mild, such as temporary ear pressure (similar to flying). |
| How does it feel inside the chamber? | Most clients find it relaxing. You can lie back, listen to music, or nap. As pressure increases, your ears may “pop” like on an aeroplane. This settles quickly. |
| What if I'm claustrophobic? | It's a common concern, but many people who describe themselves as claustrophobic are surprised by how comfortable they feel. Our chamber is spacious, has clear viewing windows, and you can see and speak to our team throughout your session. We stay with you every step of the way, and the session can be stopped at any time if needed. |
| What should I wear? | Comfortable, loose-fitting clothing is best. Avoid restrictive outfits. You’ll wear an oxygen mask during your session. |
| How long is each session? | Typically 60–90 minutes, including gradual pressurisation and decompression for comfort and safety. |
| How many sessions will I need? | This depends on your goals. Some people notice benefits after just a few sessions, but deeper results usually come with a course of 10, 20, or more. |
| Can anyone use HBOT? | HBOT is safe for most people, but certain conditions (such as untreated pneumothorax, some lung diseases, or recent ear surgery) require medical clearance first. |
| Will HBOT interfere with my medications? | Generally no, but always let our team know about your medications so we can advise safely. |
Red Light
| Question | Answer |
|---|---|
| Do I need to wear goggles? | Red and near-infrared light are not harmful to the eyes. Goggles are optional, but available if you are light-sensitive. |
| How quickly will I notice results? | Some people feel an energy lift or better sleep after the first session. Visible skin changes, pain relief, and deeper recovery usually appear after several consistent treatments. |
| How often should I use RLT? | For best results, aim for 1–3 sessions per week during the first month, then maintain with 1–2 sessions per week. |
| What should I wear? | Expose as much skin as possible — underwear is ideal. Remove make-up or sunscreen before treatment for best absorption. |
| How long is each session? | Typically 60–90 minutes, including gradual pressurisation and decompression for comfort and safety. |
| Can RLT improve my skin? | Red and near-infrared light can support healthier-looking skin by stimulating cellular activity and supporting collagen production. With regular sessions, this may help improve skin texture, firmness and the appearance of fine lines. |
| Does RLT support collagen production? | Yes. Red light can stimulate fibroblasts—the cells involved in producing collagen and elastin. These proteins help give skin its structure, firmness and elasticity, making RLT popular for skin health and healthy ageing. |
| Can RLT help with hair growth? | Yes — red and near-infrared light stimulate hair follicles and scalp circulation, which can encourage thicker, healthier growth over time. |
